Shipping and Handling
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. USPS Priority Mail is a 2 to 3 day service. Shipments will be shipped within two weeks of purchase. Additional shipping charges may occur for bulk orders or returned packages due to an incorrect address. H2O Rescue Gear, LLC. is not liable, nor will refund anyone, for any miss handling of packages or lost packages once they have been delivered to any carrier (USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc.) for shipment to a customer.

Returns - Throw Bags and Rescue Gear
Terms of Return/Exchange - Excluding the Splash Drone and all Splash Drone accessories.
Shipping charges will not be refunded/paid by H2O Rescue Gear. All returns or exchanges must be reported to H2O Rescue Gear within 14 business days from the time of purchase.
Defective gear – Please email us about the issue. Include your name, contact info, description of the issue and pictures. info@h2orescuegear.com

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Before you can return an item, customers must contact us at info@h2orescuegear.com. In your email, you must include the following:
- Order Number
- Which item you are returning
- Reason for the returning
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Eligibility for Returns - To be eligible for a return your item MUST:
- be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- be in the original packaging.
- have receipt of proof of purchase
- all returns are up to H2O Rescue Gears discretion
